Kópavogur Service Desk

The staff of the Service Desk make every effort to respond to any questions in all fields in the town’s operations. 

The Service Desk provides all general services to the municipality’s residents. Tasks include:

• Switchboard services
• All general services to the customers and employees of the municipality
• Provision of information on the operations of Kópavogur municipality

The Desk also provides a broad range of forms and more detailed information on certain services.

The Service Desk is open Monday to Thursday from 8am-4pm and from 8am-1pm on Fridays.
